I'm Cristian Manzo.

When I started training people 13 years ago, I did what most trainers do. I pulled from templates. I guessed on weights. I gave everyone the same plan and hoped it worked. For some people, it did. For most, it didn't.

So I went deeper. I studied periodization, progressive overload, biomechanics, nutrition science. I spent years figuring out what actually moves the needle for people over 35 who have real jobs, old injuries, and 45 minutes to train.

Good. You should be skeptical. Here are the answers.

No. Every program starts with a Foundation block: lighter weights, higher reps, focused on learning the movements correctly. I've started clients who hadn't touched a weight in a decade and built them up to barbell training in weeks. The system meets you where you are. That's the whole point.
Yes. Your intake covers your full injury and surgical history. I have alternative exercises for every movement pattern that train the same muscles without aggravating the issue. Bad knee? We swap. Shoulder impingement? We work around it. If something is above a 7 on the pain scale or happening at rest, I'll send you to a doctor first. I'm a coach, not a miracle worker.
A generic plan gives 10,000 people the same exercises at the same weights and calls it "personalized." Your program is built from your intake: your body, your history, your equipment, your schedule. Your tracking page says "Squat: 95 lbs, 3x10." Not "pick a challenging weight." The periodization cycles through four blocks over 18 weeks so you never plateau. That's the difference between a plan and a system.
More than enough. Every program is designed for 45-60 minute sessions. Structured warm-ups, efficient exercise selection, supersets where they make sense. You don't need 2 hours. You need a plan that doesn't waste a single minute.
